If you choose, you can make a donation in memory, or in honor of a loved one. A certificate acknowledging the donation will be sent to both the honoree and the donor.

Simply let us know:

- For whom is the donation being made?

- What is the occasion (i.e., memorial for someone deceased, in honor of someone, etc.) Include any special message you would like on the certificate.

- Who should receive the certificate? Include both the name and address.
